Lemer Pax creates special moments with its employees during festive events such as the Christmas lunch, the Epiphany cake, the summer barbecue, etc. These shared moments give employees the opportunity to get together in a friendly atmosphere.

These recurrent events include the “company breakfasts” organised every quarter by the management for the employees, with external speakers talking about a predefined theme (company life, ecology, cybercriminality, etc.). Communication, sharing of knowledge and kindness are the key words of these meetings, which are always accompanied by a cup of coffee and tasty croissants!

As a new emblem of the company, the Fishman, a sculpture made by Arnaud Kasper, now symbolises Lemer Pax's ecological commitment.
